Windows uses nearly 20% of the bandwidth for the purpose of OS performance and also for Updates..
If you feel the use of bandwidth for these are not required then the reserved criteria can be overridden by the following steps:
1. Open RUN from START.
2. Then type gpedit.msc , Local Group Policy Editor will be opened.
3. Click on Administrative templates ------->Network.
4. Under Network open QoS Packet Scheduler--------> Limit Reservable Bandwidth.
5. Select the Radio Button Enable and then set the Bandwidth limit (%) = 0
6. Then Click Apply and OK then the Restart the Computer.
