Many of think that the Computer has to be restarted after the installation of Some Software's it can be avoided by just following the Given Process.
1.Go to the Task Manager by using the Short cut Ctrl+Shift+Esc 

2. Go to the Processes and Search for explorer.exe and Click on End Task.








 3. The Task Bar will Disappear and then Click on Applications.
4. Click on New Task and type explorer.exe and Then Click OK.

5. This Operation Will have the Same Effect of Restarting the Computer.

Note: However it Does not for Large Memory Occupying Softwares.
